Spicy BBQ Calamari
5 calamari tubes, scored and sliced
Jensens Organic Garlic
Jensens Organic Chilli
olive oil
lemon juice from 1 lemon
lemon cut into wedges
3 handfuls rocket
cracked pepper & salt to season
1. Combine lemon juice, Jensens Organic
Chilli & Garlic and the sliced calamari in a bowl. Marinate
in a refrigerator for an hour.
2. Heat BBQ plate well then add oil and the calamari. Cook until
brown and tender.
3. Toss calamari through fresh rocket and season with cracked pepper
and salt. Serve immediately.
