Pear and Parmesan salad
Jensens Organic Ginger
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 firm pears, sliced thinly
2 handfuls of rocket
1 small red onion sliced
handful walnut pieces
handful of fresh parmesan flakes
1. Combine Jensens Organic Ginger, vinegar,
soy sauce and honey into a sealed bottle and shake well.
2. Combine pear, rocket, onion and walnuts in a salad bowl.
3. Splash salad with dressing. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan then
serve immediately.
Tastes great as a light lunch with bread
sticks and chilled wine.
