Hot Spanish Omelette
1 cooked chorizo sausage, sliced
1 green capsicum, sliced
1 small onion, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
20g butter
6 eggs
Jensens Organic Garlic
Jensens Organic Chilli
1. Sauté vegetables and
Jensens Garlic & Chilli in a little butter in an omelette pan.
2. Put ½ vegetables aside
3. Lightly whisk 3 eggs and add with ½ the chorizo to the
vegetables in the pan.
4. Stir 2- 3 times then let the omelette set on the heat.
5. Remove and set aside whilst you repeat with the remaining eggs,
chorizo and vegetables.
Serves 2
