Chilli Fish Kebabs
1kg firm
white fish fillets
2 red capsicums
lemon or lime juice
olive oil
Jensens Organic Garlic
Jensens Organic Chilli
12 bamboo skewers, soaked
1. Cut fish and capsicum into 3-4 cm
strips then thread alternatively onto bamboo skewers
2. Combine lemon or lime juice, splash of oil and Jensens Organic
Chilli & Garlic as a marinade.
3. Baste marinade over fish and capsicum skewers and then cook on
a low heat BBQ or grill for 7 – 8 minutes or until cooked
through.
4, Serve with lemon wedges and a green salad.
